We are looking for Busser Candidates at Francesca’s Restaurant Group. Our dynamic, fast-paced work environment is ideal for high-energy, service-minded operators. With 30 restaurants across 5 concepts, the opportunity for professional growth is available for those who are ready to jump in!

Responsibilities:

• Assist service team with all food and beverage service
• Clean and reset tables
• Transport dirty dishes to the appropriate area
• Ensure overall guest experience exceeds expectations
• Use good judgment when dealing with guest challenges
• Other duties assigned as need

Qualifications

• Ability to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to stand/walk for an entire shift
• Lift and move up to 40 pounds
